接種日 水曜日午後(要予約)
時間: 15:00~17:30
※事前予約が必要となります
※水曜日が都合の悪い方はご相談下さい
※接種時間は午後のみです
※木曜日・土曜日他当院休診日の接種は行いません
薬剤はファイザー社製です
※診察が優先となります。
※持病のある方、薬を飲んでいる方は 接種可能か主治医の先生の事前の許可が 必要となります。(主治医の許可が無いと接種できません)
※院内では必ずマスク着用をお願いします。
